On the night of September 25th, hundreds of lucky Ministry fans gathered at Virgin Megastore in Hollywood to help Ministry founder, Al Jourgensen and Ministry guitarists Sin Quirin (Revolting Cocks) and Tommy Victor (Prong) launch the premiere of the thriller Wicked Lake, scored by Jourgensen featuring a soundtrack of artists from his indie label 13th Planet Records.
Al Jourgensen, along with the stars of Wicked Lake will be making an exclusive in-store appearance TONIGHT to celebrate the movie's upcoming DVD release. Al Jourgensen will sign advance copies of the DVD at the Virgin Megastore on Hollywood Boulevard in downtown Hollywood at 7pm on Thursday, September 25th. The Wicked Lake DVD will be available at stores everywhere on October 7th. In addition to the throb of media, also in attendance was the film's director, Zach Passero (who collaborated with Jourgensen on Ministry and RevCo videos from 2004 to 2007), Wicked Lake producer Carl Morano, as well as actors and starlets from the soon-to-be cult classic.
The celebration continued into the wee hours of the night, as Jourgensen invited band members, cast, crew and fans to the reknown Sunset Marquis' recently renovated bar and restaurant for further revelry and classic Ministry late-night antics.
